Mountain Fold

During a simple office reorganization found I found myself going through decades of paper file folders containing sketches and concept drawings. It was an accumulation of 15 years worth of drawings, notes , quotes, and statements. It made me think about how in a digital world, our kids will rarely ever use something as simple as a file folder.”

The installation sees fragile glass carefully folded and shaped like a vernacular file folder, and then hung in suspended animation in a floor-to-ceiling installation.
